If someone is hurt to not crowd around him/her because you and the people that are crowding are cutting down the oxygen for the person to breathe probably.
If someone is hurt to not go straight to the office go and find the duty teacher and their will ask if they can move and the person will say no or yes.
If that person is hurt to not lift them up because their legs will probably hurt so leave them their with only one person to stay with the person if they might need help.
Do not touch them if they are bleeding or they skin is open because they will get sick and if you keep touching the person they will not breathe probably and will die.
